KETO AND VEGAN MOCHA FROSTED CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES
INGREDIENTS
Cupcakes
- 1 scoop Sunwarrior Warrior Blend chocolate protein
- 1 cup avocado puree
- ½ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon Lakanto Liquid Monk-fruit chocolate sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Frosting
- 1 cup Lakanto Powdered Monk-Fruit sweetener
- 1 scoop Sunwarrior Warrior Blend mocha protein
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- ¼ cup coconut milk
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350F. Line a cupcake pan with paper liners
- Combine all cupcake ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth
- Pour the batter evenly in cupcake liners. Bake for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Combine all frosting ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
