Tropical Pineapple Margarita Slushies
Ingredients:
- 800 gr diced pineapple (frozen)
- Two fresh limes, finely juiced
- 50 ml concentrate of orange juice
- 100 gr coconut sugar or you may also use the brown sugar
- 200 ml of tequila
- 150 ml of triple sec
- 200 gr of ice cubes
Directions:
1The first thing to do to start making this Tropical Pineapple Margarita Slushies is to prepare for a blender to combine some ingredients in it. They are the frozen pineapples, lime juice, orange juice, the coconut sugar, tequila, triple sec and the ice cubes.
2When all of the ingredients are already in, you may start to pulse them over high speed for several minutes. While pulsing, make sure that all of the ingredients are well combined, and the texture turns completely smooth. After this, you may continue to prepare for the following step below.
3After the mixture is ready, you need to prepare for the cocktail glasses. Then, pour the salt into a large bowl. Next, make sure you add a bit of syrup on the rim of your glass and place it upside down on top of the bowl of salt. Later, the salt will stick to the rim of your glass and pour the mixture into it.
