¼ cup lemonade powder mix (I used Country Time)
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Strawberry Frosting:
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
4 cups confectioners’ sugar
3 tablespoons strawberry puree (from about 3-4 strawberries)
1 teaspoon lemon zest
